Immersed in the wonderful Modica countryside, is this characterful 7 bedroom stone farmhouse of approx. 250 m2 that has been completely renovated to bring it back to its traditional former glory. The property is in the South east of this charming Island and a short drive to the beautiful south coast beaches of Sicily. The property, currently used as a farmhouse, is in perfect condition and maintains the period charm and elegance of a typical stone of the period it was built. The 2 floor villa is composed as follows; entering the ground floor we are greeted by a spacious room of about 40 m2 currently equipped with a corner bar, that leads into another room of the same size, used as a dining room, a kitchen of approx. 25 m2, equipped with a professional cooker and a typical wood-burning oven, three bathrooms and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Via an elegant external staircase to the first floor, there is a large terrace with a panoramic view of the Modica hills, a living area that leads to 3 bedrooms. Each room has a built-in wardrobe and private bathroom. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by well manicured grounds and gardens that provide ample outdoor living space in perfect privacy and tranquility. Secure private parking is plentiful.
